  • Had the tables been turned and one of our air balloons entered China's airspace, you know DAMN well that they would have shot it down too.
  • If it really was a mistake and all... China would have called up the US and said that one of the balloons was off course can you help us get it back?
  • @nonelost1
If there isn’t already, there ought to be a treaty saying that if there’s no black box with a pinger on board these things that fly into our airspace, it should be automatically presumed to be an espionage apparatus, and treated accordingly. And also that if the country it flies over has to spot it themselves, without being notified by the country that sent it, that alone ought to warrant it being treated as an espionage device. And any country that will not agree to any such treaty ought to be suspect.
  • You send a balloon to my airspace without notifying me. I shut it down and you angry? What world are we living in?
  • If your balloon blows off course, you immediately contact the country involved & tell them. You don’t wait until it’s found and make up an excuse.
  • Overreaction? Hell nah. Keep your damn balloons out of our airspace Winnie.
  • This feels like when you playing volleyball and the ball crosses the fence to the neighboor and the next day the ball is in your yard but deflated 💀
  • @zuzufufu
They're thinking about stapping a nuclear missile to a balloon 🎈 and then just dropping it lol
  • So wouldn't their reaction also be an overreaction since this is just a balloon we're taking about here?

Omg! I can't believe my white balloon purchased from the Dollar Store would be that scary 😅🤣😂😂😅😆
  • "...So the fact that some people speculate they were looking to locate US missile silos. Yeah, probably not. I'm sure they already know that..." Sounds scary.
  • Typical heel logic and response “I’ll do something invasive towards you, and if you do something about it, then your action justifies my anger and therefore I want revenge.”
  • China could’ve just said “my bad bro” shit would’ve been okay 😂
  • @dbsti3006
If anyone as much as flew a kite 10ft within Chinese air space, they would retaliate.
  • This “ballon incident “ was a test by the chinese government to see how the US would respond to a hypothetical situation. This was definitely 100% the correct response by America!
  • @FocksVR
They didn't even bother saying ANYTHING about the balloon until people started to notice it lmao
  • They were 100% wrong and disrespectful for not contacting us and telling us about it. They said nothing until it happened. That's sneaky
  • on another note, it must’ve been really fun for that pilot in that fighter jet
