USPS — How to load your packages 📦

I have a degree & 24yrs in manufacturing, 17 of which were in supervisory/management roles. I made a sudden, abrupt switch to carrying mail 2 years ago. I love the job, I am at peace & derive a great deal of satisfaction from the job. I finally found my fit.

I clicked the video to see how you load your packages and listened to you speak on being heartbroken which is a serious life devastation that takes time to heal….. I felt your pain and it brought me to tears. The comment on loading you made is perfect. If you load sections backwards in the truck you can grab them easier when you open the back I load what will fit for 1 and 2 on my front tray and my 3 and 4 on the ledge of my other door then 5 is on my left side with 6 right behind it as I open my door in the back I write the big packages on the paper that comes on the side of our tubs that are thrown at the route for casing. I place that paper in the slot where my gas levels are so I can see them since I can not memorize them I sacrifice my personal space ( which was huge adjustment for me) on advo days and place those in a tub on the floor next to me for easy access I really love apartments because I can work out of the back of the truck Thank you for the video and sharing your story. Omg.. Im so slow at loading. ( 1 hour for 40 to 60 packages.) I scan and write the sequence number and circle the section number. After im done I write the address down in sequence. But it seems the only way i can be efficient on the road. Im new .. 30 days in. I was in a dark place too. But this job lifted me up. Im truly enjoy my job and everyone I work with.

I clicked this video to see how you load packages, but your handsome face definitely distracted me for a moment. But nice to hear someone who understands the power of our words. Most don’t believe that they hold any weight, but the way we speak to ourselves is everything. I love E.T and I’m super big on affirmations and manifestation and I know they’re real! Everything you said is 100% right. We’re in very similar boats. I divorced from a serial cheater & narcissist who was mentally and verbally abusive. I left my dream condo in the city, and “my dream life” to start over on my own. It was devastating having to take 10 steps backward but now I have peace so I’m grateful. Im an RCA now but it’s just a temporary means to achieving my goals of helping others by being an amazing realtor. Wishing you all the peace, love and prosperity you deserve. I need some advice. I had my first shadow day on Friday. It was very very overwhelming, looking at how the case of the mail and how you deliver the mail. Is there any positive direction you can lead me in about casing the mail and not messing up it was a lot of walking. I hope I can get through my 90 days I want to get to 190 days. I’ve been waiting to get into the post office for very long time. Need some help try not to quit.

Paying attention to how God directs you in life is the single most important thing . Everything else will fall into its place.

No right or wrong way to do this job ask for suggestions but do what works for u key is u gotta get it organized.
