In the lead up to the Paris 2024 Olympic held at Teahupoo in Tahiti Molly Picklum spent some time getting to know the wave. On a swell in October 2023 Molly spent a few weeks in Teahupoo alongside Sierra Kerr and the crew getting to work. Early one morning before the crowd Moll;y hit the lineup early in hopes to get a wave that could change her life. Here is a short behind the scenes moment of what it's like to ride a famous wave at Teahupoo.

that is so heavy and terrifying. i am happy you are well and in tact after that, Molly. i am not a teahupoo expert, but that seemed too deep to me, regardless of pumps, how big or small, or otherwise. serious guts for charging that :) proud of you :)
