I foresee certain cities enforcing this ruling, causing these homeless to move to cities which aren't enforcing it. So LA will see an increase in the homeless forced out of Orange County.

Trying to clean it up before election time? Too late.

What happened to the billions of dollars that were supposed to go towards housing the homeless.

Gavin Newsom always has "solutions" to the problems he's created.
  • @petejams7340
Just sweeping the homeless under the rug is not a solution to homelessness.

They spent $24B last year on 100,000 homeless. Where did all the money go???

10 years ago Gavin said he would end homelessness in 10 years. Remember that?

Completely gross! How dare we as humans allow other humans to be degraded and stripped of their last possessions. Without solutions to the extremely high rents here in California, all we are doing is kicking people while they are down. We should be looking at ways to help these people. More low cost housing, shelter, or even dedicated land with bathrooms and trash service. Let's stop making the problem worse! And treat humanity with dignity.

We've invested over 1 billion dollars to push our failures away. Ain't it grand.

Says the man who WAS local government, and did nothing to help the problem. He can't push the problems onto others fast enough. It is all he does.

It's a shame they didn't use the allocated 30+billion dollars to build them shelters. Instead, they wasted it... SOMEWHERE!
