I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Leukemia used to be a death sentence but its treatable now and many forms are curable. I had another form of cancer 32 years ago and my treatment cured me. Good luck to you and best wishes for a cure. 👍

I was also diagnosed with AML in November of 2022 and understand how rough it is to deal with. I applaud and admire Grace for her strength, it’s not an easy thing to go through, let alone, open up and talk about it.

Okay but her husband is the sweetest 🥲

I had cancer during COVID; I took every COVID shot to protect myself because I was immunocompromised. I also took the shingles shot during that time. Grateful I made it through.

I am 67 years old and a mother of 6, God blessed of a healthy life upto 60 years the first time I heard about biopsy, mri and other medical terminology when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 7 years ago

I don't think you will ever know what causes cancer. I had tumors in my trachea when I was a few months old. They treated it with Cobalt Radiation. Years later I developed pre cancer in my thyroid, caused by the radiation. Three years ago I was treated for breast cancer. My father's side of the family has the gene for colon cancer & lung cancer. I don't know why and me and my siblings go for regular screening so that if we should get it, it's found early. I am just grateful for everyday! Good luck to you Grace. (My daughter's name is Grace, named after my Mom) ❤🙋🌺🙏🎵🌹

I really enjoyed hearing her story. It's terrible that she was living a healthy life keeping sight of what she was eating, working out etc. And she still has to go through this..... I'm much younger and I also thought I was living a healthy lifestyle but I'm also having to work hard to get through each day because of chronic health issues that plague me. Let's keep fighting for each day together. 😊 Thank you for sharing your story.

Thank you for sharing your story and your gentle nature. Best of luck to you!

My mother had leukemia, and she received anesthesia for her bone biopsy. I am SO sorry you had to endure that pain!
-
Thank you so much for spreading awareness 🙏🏼🤍

I also had AML. I understand crying in the hospital, just wanting to be home. She mentioned processed foods. She’s right. I stopped eating processed foods, high sugar foods (cancer loves sugar), frozen foods etc. Fresh veggies & fruit now. In remission 9 years.

I will include you on my prayers. God heals and pray always for God’s blessings and mercy.❤

Hello to a fellow State of California employee (retired). Whadda blessing 💕. 🙏 4 u.

If I'm even understanding correctly it is comforting to learn that it is possible to change blood types because I'm 0 - and always thought that I'd be at a disadvantage if I ever needed an organ transplant . Even animals in the wild who lead healthy lives get diseases if they manage to live that long . Age itself is a risk factor and there is never any guarantee .

Yes, cancers can be random. We can’t always control everything.

🙏 Thank You for sharing your story 🌸 Praying for complete healing✨🌟 You are very courageous 👌🌸

All my biopsies were so painful, I don't know why they can't put you under twilight for them. Sorry you went through this.
-
Your presence is somehow so soothing❤ I had ALL myself

Praying you get better. My mom did not make it.
