Just think about Jalen Carter, Buckner, Stewart and Paye with Dayo and Ebukam in rotation. That is a monster of a D-line with all of them being excellent pass rushers and very solid against the run. Even better part would be that Carter and Buckner could rotate as well. (Finally give Buckner some rest occasionally) Having Buckner rush on the edge while Carter handled the 3-tech would mess with so many O-lines. These guys would collapse the pocket do damn fast. A rookie QBs best friend is a dominant defense and a strong running game. Just need to draft a RG (Avila or John Michael Schmidtz maybe at #35) and Hooker and we'd be set to at least win the division.

I did it for you: This guy was not signed to replace Yannick. He is strictly a high-character rotational DE, with a play style more like Kwitty than Yannick. Yannick may yet be re-signed, or someone else. But I do not think that this guy was signed to be the dude at edge rusher.

Seems like an over pay for reserve player. Rather they resign Campbell for less. Trade a proven vet at CB, use that to sign a reserve DL where we already have guys and now are super thin at corner??
