The difficulty in separating the lead .22 bullet from the copper is due to the lead being able to readily alloy itself to many nonferrous metals. Copper being one of them. If you do remove the lead, you will find that some of it is now intimately mingled with the Copper, (copper has all the fun) A fun video, keep making them.

I asked Chatgpt why it was louder the first shot and this what it said. The first shot being louder when firing an AK with a suppressor (silencer) is due to a phenomenon known as "first-round pop." This occurs because suppressors work by trapping and slowing down the expanding gases produced by the fired round, which helps reduce the noise generated by the gun. When a gun is fired, there is unburnt gunpowder or other debris left in the suppressor after the bullet leaves the barrel. This debris can temporarily obstruct the suppressor's internal space, causing a slight increase in pressure for the first shot. As a result, the first shot tends to be slightly louder than subsequent shots because once the suppressor is clear of debris, it functions more efficiently in reducing the noise of subsequent shots. It's worth noting that this effect is more noticeable with certain types of ammunition or specific suppressor designs. Over the course of continuous firing, the suppressor tends to function more consistently, and the noise reduction is more noticeable after the initial shot.
