When Maya repeatedly said God loves me and cried. It struck me so hard. I'm going through a lot and on a healing journey. I'm grateful that God loves me and is always there for me 🙏

In 1996 in was walking around Macy's in Atlanta and ran into Maya Angelou. I was breathless, all I could do was tell her how much I loved her writings. She stood there and spoke to me for a couple minutes. Best day ever.🌸💮🙏🌻

I've never heard anyone talk with such grace, intelligence, wisdom, humility, compassion, and most of all with great love. I can listen to her all day, every word touches my heart. God bless her soul 🙏

I’m watching this because yet again, I am at a low point in my life… Maya‘s words give me the grounding, comfort, solace and encouragement I need to look ahead… This morning, I started thinking that things perhaps, in fact, happen for a reason… Thank you, Maya 🙏🙏💕🙏🙏

"the caged bird sings because it must sing or die, or sing and die - I don't know, but it must sing." Ms Maya you continue to be one of my most valued teachers, so much power in your words, they'll surely live on until the end of times.

"Thank You LORD for the phone call that told me I had a job". Thank You Father for the email that told me a shift was available. Thank you for the message that told me, I did not get the position. Thank You Father for everything. Thank You for leading me in Jesus name, AMEN!
  • I seen Maya Angelou at a woman’s conference in Boston. At the time I was very you and my mother was dying. Ms Angelou gave a speech weaving story and poetry. It meant the world to me. Made me cry. Made me feel better. Thank you Ms. Angelou
  • One of the highlights of My Entire Life is meeting her and hearing her speak. It was so powerful!

I'm a poet working on releasing my first collection of work. As a child i always wanted to meet Maya Angelou. Her story made me believe that mines deserve a voice. Thank you for this. I needed this. I am humbled to be able to sit with her memory in this way. Oprah, Maya Angelou and my aunt Virginia are the standard of strong authentic women I aspire to be. This arrived at the very moment I considered giving up. Thank you thank you

I pray I'm getting this message to my daughter. I pray she knows who she is...when she leaves my home to start her life, she knows she has been raised. I pray she never allows anyone to change who she is...and she can always come home. I enjoyed this interview tremendously
  • I have watched this so many times and every time I watch it, I cry. I know no one in contemporary history to touch more with words than Dr. Maya Angelou. May God receive her and keep her in grace. I'll be eternally grateful for your wisdom and kindness to share it with us.

Maya Angelou is STILL blessing us today with her words of encouragement and wisdom. I pray she received her "Wow!" when she received her wings.

"Maya" in my language means love, and IT IS WHAT SHE IS "ALL's LOVE"
