This thumbnail makes me want to tell a funny little anecdote. So, I've played Violet since release, but yesterday my wife let me borrow Scarlet to do a second playthrough. Today I was heading towards the Klawf Titan, and just a short walk from the Titan(literally in sight of it) I stumbled across a shiny Shinx. No sandwiches, no charm, nothing but pure chance. What makes this especially funny to me is that in my Violet playthrough something similar happened with a Mareep just before the first gym, so it would seem I'm an Electric trainer in the making and just didn't know it before.
