1:27:27 Yes! My mom used to tell me to eat everything. I got so used to it, and about five years ago, I stopped eating everything on my plate and got rid of my big plates. I normalized that i could throw away the stuff i didn't want, like crust on bred. I never liked it but ate it! 😩 💜💜💜 Good Luck on your road to a healthy advent

My husband & I had VSG surgery recently and we’ve lost over 150lbs combined. We avoided it for a long time, but we both wish that we did it sooner. It gets so much harder after you hit 40 to lose without good tools to help change old habits. Take Care 💚

fantasy springs hotel booked for the end of sept with vacation packages for 3 nights (sea - land - sea). Can't wait! I've been living in Japan for over 20 years and go to the parks every year, its never been This difficult to book at TDR
