Sarah did incredible! So good to see a young, intelligent female kicking ass on the apron. Also phenomenal job on this! I read this your production- seriously up there with some of my favourite docu series. I am studying aviation at uni and up until watching this I had no exposure to this level of detail and education about the Ops side of things. Its not often we get to really see what dispatch actually does in practice (serious respect that is a job role and a half) and following realistic daily maintenance runs on operational fleet. This was a really interesting watch for me. I hope you make more in the future because this was bloody good 💛

Thanks for uploading. Really refreshing to see BA actively engaging with these sort of things too after all the bad press they've had in recent years. Despite what people say, it would be nice to actually have the British flag carrier back as something alluring and respected again which seems to be possible if they stay in this direction

What is the music from 26:31 ? I have heard it many times before but I've never been able to find the listing. Could someone possibly help me please? Really amazing documentary by the way.

It’s a team effort. Everyone plays a part.
  • I realize only now that this is your own production rather than the usual illegal upload like most documentaries on YT. Props for the great work and thank you for sharing it. Is there any more airline/aviation/transportation stuff coming?

Top points for this documentary company. Same aircraft reg in all shots for the Tokyo flight (some companies just use any), not too much dramatic speech from the narrator or too much music.
