I have suffered for a long time from physical problems such as problems with joints, spine, sciatica, disc herniation ... With God's help, the help of doctors and people who deal with health, as well as with my efforts, I came to exercises that can really improve the quality of life and restore impaired health. That is why I want to share my experience with you and show you the healing exercises with the help of which I completely recovered from these diseases. One part of the exercises was designed by me, while the other part was taken from others and slightly modified.

In this video, I showed the exercises that, in my experience, are best for correcting flat feet.

NOTE: These exercises are not a recipe for everyone, but serve as an incentive for everyone to look for a cure. I am not a doctor and I have no right to treat, but to motivate with my experience. The application of these exercises is the personal responsibility of each individual. Also, the exercises should be done on an empty stomach (in the morning, in the evening and between meals), switch to a healthy diet and live a spiritual life (think positively and everything else that faith requires) in order to reach the maximum of a healthy life.

    Bravo Sale, Odlične vežbice, naročito za našu decu i najmladju populaciju koja ima velikih probema ovog tipa. Preporučio bih svima da pogedaju i praktikuju.

    Pozdrav.Imam problem sa desnim ramenom.Kada krenem da podignem levu ruku u vis iznad glave to uradim bez problema i bez cimanja , dok kada to uradim sa desnom rukom mnogo je teže i ne mogu da uradim do kraja , uvek se malo iskrivim i moram da celim telom podižem desnu ruku. Kada uporedim levo i desno rame , desno rame je niže od levog i mislim da je jednostavno spušteno , sa obzirom da je ranije desno bilo malo veće od levog ramena.Takodje imam problem da kada podignem ruke iznad glave leđna lepeza na desnoj ruci uopšte nije izražena kao na levoj , a kada brže pomeram desnu ruku u vis jednostavno mišić lepeze mi iskoči i bude tvrdo i odjednom telo mi se savije u levu stranu. Da napomenem imao sam povredu na školskom času Fizičkog ali doktori su mi rekli da nema nikakvih preloma.Kada uporedim levu i desnu lopaticu , jasno se vidi da je desna lopatica malo iskočila na gore.Bio bih vam previše zahvalan ako bi mogli da mi pomognete.Hvala unapred!!

    Jel imate nesto za bol u kolenu, boli me koleno posle duzeg sedenja (otprilike sat vremena) i kada ustanem pocne strasno da boli ali prodje posle minut dva
