These are great videos. This is another one. Thanks for coming back to Canada. Cheers, Chef John. On the subject or ramen, it is about the broth, the noodles, and the garnishes. It should be balanced and hearty. When it is cold outside, a good bowl or ramen is perfect to warm you up. #IncreaseThePeace

Great video, Chef! I've been a follower for ages and since I got to Canada in April for working holidays, I've been working on the line in restaurants in Vancouver, Tofino (at Shelter) and now Banff. Always so sad, I wouldn't get the chance to meet and chat. Seeing you now walking around in a Shed shirt just kills me haha
