  • My guy was pushing a car through a intersection and still managed to record more stable than any UFO footage ever
  • @elrader
It's amazing how I can't manage to watch a two hour movie but will easily watch Derek do this stuff for two hours. What a talented and funny dude.
  • Does anyone else pop on an old VGG video, pop in some comfy earbuds & fall asleep to the dulcet tones of a guy? Best lullaby ever invented
  • I'm British, 73, driver but not car owner,. I try to understand Derek, but he has his own name for everything, but he seems to impart more knowledge these days than he used to, which is why I keep on watching, year after year, Thank you Derek, and family!

I ran into Dereck and his family today. I was thrilled to say hi to him even though it was just a sec. my wife said I should of asked for a photo since I such a big fan but a guy has to respect a guy when he is out with his family unit. Anyways Dereck luv the channel. Thanks man
  • "She might just turn me back around... I can't cook... dangit" absolutely hilarious
  • I absolutely ❤ the plate flooring in this rig!!!! The pinstripe is beautiful. Definitely can’t forget about the four corner CRAGER’S. I love your videos Derek, keep on making it do what it do and I’ll keep tannin’ in.
  • Hi Derek, I'm sure someone has brought this up by now maybe but Ford was the 1st with this concept with their 1957' Ranchero. Love the channel and Roadworthy Rescues and your other appearances on Motor Trend TV. My 3rd try to post, not much gooder on the Digitals !

"Fuel filters that start more fire than exwives" Just brilliant humour
  • One of your best Derek. A guy faced real adversity with this rig. I learned a crap ton of good info. Nice work as always.

I'm not a car or motorcycle guy. Not a mechanic. I watch You, it's You that I enjoy. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

In Australia we call them Utes as they are derived from a car. The 1st utes in Australia were made at the Geelong Ford factory in the 30s as a farmer wanted a car he could take his wife to church in on Sunday and the pigs to market in on Monday.

These videos really hit home. My dad and I used to truck trees out of Ky and TN. To landscapers in In and OH. Using old Chevy trucks that were worn out before we got em. Everything I know about mechanicing was learned out of necessity while being broke down on the side of I65 or I75. We never left home without a bottle jack 3 or 4 spare tires, 8 or 10 old antifreeze jugs filled with water, spare radiator hoses, clamps and the old tool box and 4way lug wrench. What a way to carve out a meager living.

Man I love watching you and have learned a lot from you,I'm so glad my dad showed me road worthy rescue
  • @shteebo
Blows the clutch, has to push it thru a left turn on red at night, and still remembers to get video. Next morning, "here's how to work around bent pushrods in a motel parking lot." Fabulous one-of-a-kind real world content. Thanks for sharing.
  • Its amazing how that carb looks like new, and he did it in the back of the car! Amazing
