I'm watching the game fuming at how many missed wide open shots and layups Clark's teammates had off her passes and she still manages to set the all time assist record in this game. The GOAT.

Averaging 17 points vs 13.5 points is big in the WNBA. Plus assist are scores. Rebounds can lead to scores, but there is a big difference. Plus Clark averages 6 rebounds from the Guard position, which is outstanding.

Okay people got to get off the double double thing. because double doubles are a dime a dozen and no one even does the math on how rare a triple double is to a double double here's some average math for you since the WNBA has been around for 27 years there's been over 11,000 double doubles and only 36 triple doubles in 27 years do the math people please for the love of God simple average math 11,000 divided bye 36 equals 305.5 so that means you would have to get 305 double doubles in a row to match one triple double That's how rare a triple double is it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack and Caitlin Clark was number 36 for her first triple double and even did it as a rookie that's even more rare so Angel Reese would have to do 305 double doubles in one single season to match one triple double. Other than AB and CC, Fever failed to perform tonight, could've been an easy win, even down to the last two minutes of the games but the rest of the players just kept missing wide open shots. Congrats to Caitlin for setting WNBA records in her rookie year!

Reeve not putting Caitlin or AB on the Olympic team will allow Caitlin and the Fever to gain a lot more cohesion, as they'll be finally getting some much needed practices and rest overall. Can't wait to see how well the Fever do after the break having had all of that time to improve!
