The fact Peter thinks Pringles come in a bag says everything about how healthy he is 😅
  • that background brings up fond childhood memories of my work in the mines

Dr. Attia is by far the best and most nuanced physician who actually looks at research and how applicable it is to most people without fear mongering in the grocery store without a shirt

The next phase of filming technique will include CGI dragons.
  • Question: Are processed foods bad? Every popular influencer: Not if it is my jerky, AG1, or the brain health pill I sell! It's so frustrating to see everybody turn to selling products. We have no way of trusting them anymore.

I ate a whole dominos pizza last night. Was that bad?

Peter looking up a few times at the birds flying overhead at 3:43 really sells the Wild West environment. Maybe add the sound of the creek flowing in the back ground that’s powering the water mill and you’ll be golden. 👍

All I know is I went to a whole food, largely meat based, diet at the start of the year and I feel great. I lost 20 pounds, and I wasn't obese. I had been stuck at a certain weight for a LONG time and nothing I did seemed to touch it. Until I cut out processed foods, and the main thing I avoid like the plague is sugar.

It is depressing when you know what a fruit or veggie should taste like, and then you go grab some non organic stuff and it has like no flavor. It tastes like a fake version of what it should be in nature. We are pretty dumb to screw that up by taking it away through growing methods that will cause that. I wouldn't think it's a good idea to sell fruit that looks normal but tastes like butt, but here we are.

Hey Chris, good episode as always. One thing, the background is very disruptive, in a bad way, like it make no sense it disrupts me from the experience

On the topic of possible problems with keeping junk food at home, keto has killed all of my cravings for it. I can look at Pringles as if they were a brick or a bucket full of rusty nails.

Nice moderate, thoughtful responses from the good doctor.
