Thank you, I am starting therapy next week. And it’s EMDR I am really scared I am too complex for it to work. But it really is the time to get the triggers not to get that bad. I’ve been spiraling for a month now and can’t hide in my own head since my boyfriend is temporarily living here. It’s been rough for me. I don’t like him seeing me sad. But I am really not that happy with several things in life and myself. I’ll cry and surrender.

I was also drawn to Pile 1 and in a lot of ways it's similar to Pile 3. Acceptance and then figuring out what I want. Right now I am retired and just trying to rest and relax after working 36 1/2 years in one facility. I just want to have more than enough income to pay my bills, travel and be comfortable.
