Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment approach for a range of mental and emotional health issues, including anxiety and depression. CBT aims to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and to learn practical self-help strategies.

People saying CBT is great, to me it is just painful and disturbing.

Thanks for sharing. It is easy to understand. Our beliefs and thoughts decide our feelings and behaviours. Then the reactions we recieve affect our beliefs and thoughts. It takes time and effort to overcome our hurt feelings and let go of the past to change our beliefs. 👀Your drawing is amazing. It's been lots of hard work so that we can enjoy your video ❤💯
