Its been over 2 months since Matpat retired. But something about him asking Tom "Can we do [Insert theory here]" just hits me right in the feels.

This has been my favorite Tom episode so far. No lore, no mascot horror. He's using math and science to discover and learn about a phenomenon in a game. PLEASE make more of these kinds of episodes, I miss it when math and science were used. There's a lot of lore episodes, but not enough math and science based episodes

Honestly, this episode is a blast from the past. The years and years of trying to solve the stories of various games has become so much more prevalant compared to the earliest days of doing wonky math for wonky reasons that I was honestly surprised when our boy broke out the white board and did math calculations. It's quite fitting.
