With SpaceX moving ever closer to Starship's 5th test flight, crews continue stacking the newest launch tower at Starbase, and Booster 12 roars to life. We also get our first look at Starship block 2 hardware, as well as a new test tank. Unfortunately, the situation in Florida is a little less exciting, with launch operations at a full stop while the FAA investigates the failure that occurred during the Starlink G9-3 mission.

  • Lab's style of update is the best on the net, no padding out, just straight facts.
  • Always I can say Lab Padre's vids are really good 😀. Keep it up guys.

At some point they'll have to move Hoppy, hope there's a place reserved in the rocket garden 😃
  • @not2busy
Helipad on the roof of the office building?
  • @Clark-Mills
The concrete "roof" probably makes sense for people / plant below given the hazardous environs that the building exists within.
  • @beloved_lover
I would love to be in procurement meetings of SpaceX, just to know if they try to save on everything or "Yeah, that's a good thing to have, let's definitely add it to the order, it's only $25 million"
  • @scrubber
Thanks again for the straightforward update!
  • The workers going down the stairs in the tower look like ants in a farm.
  • 10:20 I’m wondering - could the seemingly excessive concrete be to make the building more tolerant to hurricanes?
  • @HighPeakVideo
Would seem safer to delay the booster catch and do it on tower-2 where there is less vulnerable infrastructure.
  • @FrankBenlin
So when cameras get the shakes during testing and launching, is that the Earth quaking or atmosphere buffeting or both? Thanks, Lab.
