USF4 is my Blanka back to how he used to be? o.O

Started playing USF4 again fresh on ranked, which is why i have lower points compared to way back on the PS3 version. So i decided to get some matches in with one of my 3 mains i mostly use. I like to play with Ken, Cody, and Blanka. I'm a bit rusty but I'm getting there. Not many people play this game anymore, so it was fun for me to actually find some people that will actually play me.
