I put Toby Keith's song with a USA Patriotism clip. When I heard the beautiful and heart-warming song at the end of Clint Eastwood's 2018 movie "The Mule" I just had to do something with it. It should be a reminder to us all that life is worth living and we should all make the most of it. I know that both Toby's and Lance James' versions are on iTunes. USAPatriotism has a channel here on YouTube.

I’m 73 and I know the old man is on his way to my door. My body is weathered and worn, broken and torn. I try not to think of him but every now and then he crosses my mind. It makes me a little sad but then I remember the days when I didn’t give him one thought. I was young and healthy. I walked without pain, my body was straight and not bent, and my hair was not white. The old man will come for us all one day, that’s a given . I’m just thankful for the years I’ve had and I pray I made good use of the life God gave me. When I finally have to let the old man in, I pray he escorts me to heaven’s gate.Rest in peace Toby and all those who have taken that long walk with the old man. God’s speed and God bless.

The old man will get in because he has the Master Key... But for those who accepted JESUS, it will be a Glorious day. We will finally be Home with our Creator and Father! 🙏😇

I'm 67. I had an active, and physical career that took a toll on my body, and it tells me that every day. But I look out the window, and tell myself, "not today old man, not today.

Got the sad news just a few minutes ago and it is what brought me here: Toby Keith has died, 18 months after revealing he had stomach cancer. He was 62. The singer died surrounded by his family, a short statement said. His patriotism and his music will keep him alive in our mind. RIP Toby! 😢
  • Clint Eastwood gave breath and life(inspiration) to this song...Toby said. Then Toby came in, birthed it, coddled & nurtured it, then raised it up to give it to all to hear. Just like his children said...Toby Keith was a more beautiful Father. Toby put alot of Love into everything he did... God, his Family, his songs, his Community & Country that raised him up... Oklahoma USA. Prayers for Toby & his Family. 😢🙏🙏

This video says it all for so many of us who have stood at a National Cemetery and watched the Soldiers hand the flag to your Mother. These young men and women gave it all so we could be free, Thank you to each one of you with love.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, does remembrance services for their armed forces personnel like the Americans. Respect from 'across the pond'

70 now. Who’d have believed we’d live through all of that to have to worry about the old man. He’s been there the whole time. 2 way rifle ranges, short rounds, helicopter crashes, 141’s engine failures. Malfunctioning parachutes. God bless this country. May God give us the light. We sure as shit need it.
