Starlight Express | Rusty and Dustin

After seeing the Starlight Express, Rusty is prepared to race in the final. He was about to look for someone to race with but then found Dustin. He tells him he’s seen the Starlight Express and Dustin has also seen him. How did Dustin see him? Who knows! With that said, Dustin goes to race with Rusty. He may be heavy uphill, but you’ll find him pretty quick downhill!
