This is my version of the song from "Ronja Rövardotter / Ronia the robbers daugther" written by our most loved Swedish writer, Astrid Lindgren , whose books have been read all over the world. This song from the movie has always been very dear to me.
For a long time now I wanted to make my own version of it, and make some small changes in the melody. What do you think? :)

I really hope you will enjoy my version of this song!
The Swedish lyrics and translation can be found both further down here in the description, or in the subtitles of the video.

Text: Astrid Lindgren
Original song/music by: Björn Isfält

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING AND LISTENING! ♥

Lyrics of the text and translation can be found in the comments :)

People who have never heard a wolf howl in the forest in winter will sadly never know what a magical moment it really is.

Hi, my family is from Sri Lanka. One day, this song popped up while we were trying to feed lunch to my 8-month-old son. Something unexpected happened: my baby ate without a problem. I thought it was because of the wolf in the video, but I soon realized he liked the song. Not just wolves; every night before going to sleep, we play this song for him, and sometimes he falls asleep to it.

I don't even need to understand the words to fall in love with this.
  • This was the last song I played to my Mother as She lay dying. I don't know if She could hear it but I hope it brought her some peace. See you soon Mum.
