Key Takeaways: 1. Meditate and Journal 2. Ask yourself: "What can I learn from the people I hate the most?" 3. Lower your standards of expectations to get you moving forward. Even writing two pages a day mean you win the day 4. If you are stuck ask yourself: "What makes you angry?" Write about that. 5. Copyright your faults - That's what makes you unique and preventing competition from imitating you 6. 'Morning Pages' - 'Bitch and moan and complain' into your journal so that you can clean your mind out of negativity before starting your day 7. Absorbing more information will not make you a billionaire. You have to apply what you read / watch. Take action 8. Dedicate yourself to ONE THING AT A TIME. Focus is the key. Don't do two things at once. 9. 95% is enough. Don't make an activity painful because you 'kill' yourself to get to 100%. Keep it enjoyable 10. If you are stressing about a goal, say to yourself: "Who cares" 11. Pair one serious goal with one absurd goal

In my opinion, the difference between average people and titans is ACTION. No matter which methods are you using to do something, to get motivated, the thing is to do something. Each person has enough resources to go on and find solutions, but the method depends on the self analyse, to remember when you had the flow and the condition to reproduce it. :)

It's INCREDIBLE how Tim remembers all the names of everyone he has spoken to in the past
  • @dragatus
I'm starting to think my unwillingness to suffer may be the thing that is holding me back more than anything and ironically causes most of my actual suffering.
  • What makes Tom Bilyeu one of my favorite people ever is his humbleness. He's worth half a billion!! And yet he sits in his chair and is a student - listening more than talking.... I mean just wow.....
  • @aeInfinity888
He is hilarious and super knowledgeable. Love it! Want a second round with Tim Ferris.
  • Everyone you "introduce" me to has a big impact in my life, and for that I am forever grateful to you Tom.
  • Loved these sentences Tom, "To continue to do profound things, it's like you have to reinvent yourself." Also Tim's question, "What can I learn from the people I hate the most?" Tim mentioned, "Some of your biggest flaws may in fact be assets" Wow!...Great episode! Best wishes!
  • "my goal is to make me obsolete as soon as possible" that is the sexiest thing I have ever heard
  • This will go into the category of videos that I will need to watch again at some point. Excellent!
  • Everyone should buy this book! It is a reference manual of tactics, nuggets of wisdom, and mindset shifts that can change your life completely! Use what is useable and discard what is not and enjoy the journey ! I continue to love this show and Tom always has the best guests on the show!! Thank you for all that you do !!!
  • @robweare6461
Bought the book and read it in two days.....awesome read. Tim is such a cool and humble dude and just keeps on giving. Love your work Tom, cheers buddy.
  • @xSochinx
I enjoyed the part about “what makes you angry.” Because people get angry over the things they are passionate about and it taps into your passion quickly. Example: you’re passionate about animals, then thinking about animal cruelty will tap into your passion of caring. So you’re attacking what your passionate about, almost from a blue team mindset while defending from a red team attack. Love it!!
  • @scott2906
