  • $6 a gallon!! Try Europe, its $10-11 here. Now that's really boosting EV sales here.
  • @rexhua4833
A lot of time and work done for your viewers. Pleasing to watch too! Thank you.
  • @Saa42808
I think “range anxiety” is not the issue, the problem is charging time and availability of fast chargers, because we never give a second thought as long as there is a gas station before running out of gas no matter how long we can go on a full tank. Therefore a decent amount of work needs to be done in order to develop fast charging batteries (within 20 minutes in my opinion) and a network of fast charging stations. I am certain people would be carefree once these two problems have been solved. In any case we are witnessing a transformation of gasoline to EV. There are certain things that have never happened in the auto industry before are clear today, such as gas prices increasing very sharply and at the same time every auto manufacturer is introducing EV in the market and the government is issuing a tax break which is a sort of returning the money they took from the consumer in high gas prices if they buy an EV. I personally think it’s a good plan to switch the society from gasoline to EV since we are already banning plastic and it would be another great help towards reducing pollution because sooner or later it has to happen eventually.
  • Amazing ability 👏 in all of your reviews sir very helpful and fun to watch. I'm looking forward to the release of the Tesla Semi truck since I'm a trucker. I really want to eventually get a Model 3 or Model Y.
  • @billlowe9417
Another excellent and informative video Andy. Thanks. Did you get invited to the Austin Rodeo?
  • @dddabird
Have a LR Model Y on order and since I want 19 inch wheels in the gray color will not get it until at least December. Worth the wait! Great videos and look forward to watching them as they come out!
  • @dcbel
Great content! A lot of information and details about really different types of #Evs! Thank you for sharing! ⚡🔌
  • A lot of time and work done for your viwers pleasing to watch too! Thanks!!!!
  • @JeffMcNeal
I was all prepared to buy a Kia EV6 or Hyundai Ionic 5 under the mistaken assumption that my wife would find the transition to EV "easier" with one of these, as opposed to the tablet-centric Tesla. Unfortunately, that $48k MSRP for the EV6 Wind model you spoke of doesn't reflect reality in the current market. Inventory is low and so the dealers are quite comfortable in tacking on anywhere from $5k-$10k markup over MSRP, which led me to purchase a Tesla Model 3 instead, in spite of no fed tax incentive. My wife and I both LOVE the Model 3 and I am so glad that dealership greed made it easy for us to make the right decision.
  • @trevorward9680
Great idea to include the RAV4 Prime, great deal as you say.
  • @johnpoldo8817
Andy, great job on this compendium of EVs under $50K. It’s very irritating when the dealership charges $10K over msrp to nullify our $7500 tax credit. It’s the same as no tax credit so I’m better off buying a Tesla!
  • @Cocoatreat
Thats the problem here in this country…..all the American dealerships have excessive markup……i was interested in the Kona…..but i found it so hard to get information on it…..and it seemed that it would be hard to find in this country…..i have a LRMY on order…..that i made in October……i think I’ll stick with it……I’m really excited … but after changing my seats to white……they bumped me from june to mid sep! I’ve got my fingers crossed that the time flies by fast!. Great job!
  • Great video on different options of EVs. Very informative. Yet, i am still in favor of Teslas more.
  • @cmorote2
great video dude, with nice text summary!!
  • @bohurra
What a solid video. Thanks Andy!
  • There are some fantastic options here Andy. Great video on the many EV alternatives. Very useful information. Nonetheless, I continue to prefer Teslas 13:40. I'm excited for the Tesla Semi truck to be released because of my preference and work. I'd want to acquire a Model Y..... any idea when it will be announced?
  • @tlderose
Hey Andy - great video and decent EVs. I held off and decided to go with the Fisker Ocean Ultra ($49K). While it's new to the market, they have Magna Styer in Austria producing them. For me, the first thing is it gets 340 mi on a single charge. Even if that's off by 10% it puts it up there with the Kia EV6 Wind (which was my 2nd choice behind the Hyundai Ioniq 5). Anyway, loved the detailed video.
