@Gardening Upbeat May I ask if you saw the germinated seeds that were still in their pods only once or did you find more? My Balsam is about 1 foot (30cm) tall now and he is already flowering. I have many Busy Lizzies but these are my first Balsams and I already love them, looking forward to seeing some seed pods, will be interesting to compare them to their Lizzie Cousins, I wonder if they explode and throw seeds out like the Lizzies and many other Impatiens family - The "Himalayan" Balsam throws seeds, is invasive and illegal here to grow in the UK lol, the whole family of Impatiens have so much personality in my opinion. The Lizzies are flowering in my house all year round, I highly reccommend them as cheerful houseplants that are easy for beginners too 🙂

My balsam seeds are just germinated, will they do flowering? As someone said that june is the month of growing balsam otherwise it didn't bloom.
