They want Yes man that will do as they are told and won't challenge the regime. They can't handle strong personalities like Ozzie and AJ. Same reason why the players walk all over the coaches. Getz was fleeced on the trades and doesn't know what he is doing. This team won't be competitive for a long time and it's a damn shame.

What a crap press conference. You may be friends with Pedro, but he failed about as spectacularly as anybody ever could. Don't talk to us about Pedro's professionalism etc., This was a huge waste of our time. And Jerry's viewpoint-WE ALL KNOW there is NO direction, NO plans to build ANYTHING. JERRY won't spend money to be competitive and Chris, hate to say it but for you to be sitting in that chair right now tells me just how little Jerry wants to seriously improve this team.

If Getz becomes a decent GM at best, that would be an upgrade over KW/RH shit show. Time will tell if Getz is a fine GM.
