In the follow-up to 2015’s Oscar®-winning “Inside Out,” Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust—who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts—aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment show up. The voice cast includes Amy Poehler, Maya Hawke, Kensington Tallman, Liza Lapira, Tony Hale, Lewis Black, Phyllis Smith, Ayo Edebiri, Lilimar, Grace Lu, Sumayyah Nuriddin-Green, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Diane Lane, Kyle MacLachlan, Paul Walter Hauser and Yvette Nicole Brown. “Inside Out 2” is directed by Kelsey Mann, produced by Mark Nielsen and executive produced by Pete Docter, Jonas Rivera and Dan Scanlon. The film features a screenplay by Meg LeFauve and Dave Holstein and story by Mann and LeFauve. With music by Andrea Datzman, the all-new feature film releases only in theaters June 14, 2024.

The thing I love about Envy and Embarrassment’s designs is that Envy is small while Embarrassment is big. Just goes to show how those emotions are realistically defined

I actually like how fear and anxiety are two different people. Fear is based on reality, and real danger. Anxiety is absolutely more of an imaginary threat. Anxiety is that little voice in your head that says “Oh.. something bad could happen at any moment” or “everyone hates me, they’re all laughing at me” Fear is “THERES A BEAR RIGHT THERE”

’m glad that they established that the adults got the puberty emotions too. They just kept them backstage most of the time. Overall, IM SO READY FOR THIS!!

I'm so glad that Anger, Fear, and Disgust are actually getting used in this movie as main characters.

I hope they make a part 3 and go through her being in a relationship, going to college, getting a job. all those would be great sequels. LOVE this movie.

The emotions in the 1st movie were primary but rest of these are secondary which are always there but usually more heightened in teenage years
