I was going to say, it looks perfectly fine
  • Well I figure if it's still open to traffic it must be okay. And you survived.
  • I grew up in central Arkansas in the delta we had many wooden bridges in the county some much better than others Rember my worst encounter with a wooden bridge while moving farm equipment from one area to another I was in a case 2870 400hp tractor and actually fell through a wooden bridge tractor was able to pull itself out since the front axle was across the bridge when the rear fell through i was probably 16 or 17 at the time i remember slamming the throttle wide open and the tractor made it the cultivator i was pulling ripped every board that was left on the bridge deck up oops that bridge was closed for a few weeks and we spent several hours later that day replacing tines and feet on the field cultivator 😮

it looks to me like the top ties are made from railroad ties... those are made to not rot and they will last decades if they are exposed to open air...... I'd be more worried over what's under then .
