Pontiac Solstice on choppy twisty road

This turbo VW passed me on the double yellow which actually didn't annoy me as I was driving serenely and was ready for him. But I sensed a little competition so I tried to show that he was in my reach but frankly the choppiness of the road was too much for my open top Solstice. Maybe the dampers are in need of replacing or the tires have too much bounce, but the tires couldn't maintain adequate contact with the road over the chops. Needless to say I was disappointed with the car's performance on this road.
