The Choice65 — Another Affordable Option In The Custom Keyboard World

MY THOUGHTS:
If you've heard of the Join65 before in the keeb world, then meet it's "upgraded" sibling the Choice65. It not only has a pretty weight on the bottom without the ugly text, but they've change it to be a mounting style similar to the Simpler keyboard where it uses the foam in between the plate and PCB as it's mounting gasket. This creates a rather limiting experience but still a pleasent sounding board with a comfy typing experience. If this was priced anywhere above 200 dollars, I would suggest other options, but it's not. It's priced at $120 USD and for that reason alone this may be EXACTLY what some people are looking for if you're a fan of that marbly foamy sound.

They are called KTT Iwaicha switches! I have a batch from last year but couldn't get any more after because the seller told me they stopped restocking. I absolutely love them. Good to know they are back!

FYI, the green and blue aren't 2 tone. I was drawn in by the green and sort of wish they had a similar 2 ton up the front/back as well.

So that silicone that goes on top of the plate is actually the top gasket for the keyboard. It is intended to be built with and not using it makes the assembly rattle around a bit in the case.
