I just keep a little spray bottle of DAWN dish soap and water. Spray on the clothes as a pre-treatment and toss in the hamper. The stains will come out in the wash.

Dude you just saved my new Nike sweater. I’ve only owned it for a few days and I was shocked to see some grease stains on it after having dinner.
