Hello my friends of yesteryear. I am 52 years old. What can I say, other than this is the greatest song ever to exist. Terri Nunn, from the group Berlin was so beautiful and her voice was so enchanting. I remember when I first saw Top Gun and heard this soundtrack, I just about lost my marbles. I was writing songs and poems at this time as well. I used to play this song as I was writing my songs and poems. I was also into Jet Fighters, but I fell on love with the Grumman F-14 Tomcat!!! I told my father that I wanted to fly an F-14 Tomcat when I joined the military. But when I took my physical to enter the military, I found out that I only had one kidney, so they declined my application. Well, now, as of today, May 30, 2023, I am still listening to my favorite song ever!!! The 80's generation was the absolute best!!! It is sad to hear what this generation calls music. In our days, the music told a story. I don't care whether you listened to contemporary, soft rock, hip hop, rap, hard rock, heavy metal, etc., they all told a story! Is all I can say is, "Take me Home Jesus, this world is so evil and corrupt!!!"
