There are 12 ways to play Germany in Hoi4, and they are: At the beginning of the game, let France take you, they will simply switch you to Democratic and then play the German Reich Focus Path and then found the European Union. Should still work.

What I loved about Germany is its simpler focus tree. The focus tree is the reason I played almost only Romania and Germany, the focus trees are simple to understand and it makes the game funnier

Nah, you missed the path that was in older versions but sadly has been patched, where you could do "Remilitarize the Rhineland" and "Oppose The Painter" focuses in the same playthrough, which created the most OP Germany in HOI4 history
