He was fired because he kept on calling out sick because he was always constantly wanting to get high, and he went weeks without performing because he wanted to get drunk, he didn’t make himself rich his fans insured, he save his own life. His fans made him rich his fans saved his life.

Ozzy needed that kick in the ass. And Sharon had to kick him in the ass for many years to keep him going. If it wasn't for Sharon's drive keeping Ozzy going, Ozzy would have faded out or overdosed. Thank you to Sharon Osbourne, for keeping Ozzy going and caring enough about him, and keeping him from overdosing.

Randy Rhoads gave both Ozzy and Sharon their careers. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be talking about either of those two. End of story!!!

Y’all are also forgetting that the “new hire” that Black Sabbath recruited was THE Ronnie James Dio, who later went on to have an excellent solo career as well. Truly a win-win-win

I was lucky to see Randy play with Ozzy when I was young.

It wasn’t like they wanted to kick Ozzy out but Iommi thought that he wasn’t taking gigs and rehearsals seriously and thought that his life in the band was having severe affects on his alcoholism.

I listen to the "Never Say Die", and to the "Technical Ecstasy" albums all the time. "Air Dance" "Won't Change Me" "Dirty Women" "She's Gone" and all of the rest of all of the songs on these Awesome 1970's Heavy Metal Albums are great.
