  • I definitely appreciate the short video from the real pros of inspections and showing it from a point of view, if you were doing it yourself. I think every inspector is different but I learned not to touch anything from a school because you could be liable for damages. It’s nice to give perspective of what you can touch. Sometimes, the full story isn’t told unless you do a decent job. Houses can have interior damages from moisture intrusion which you can’t see.
  • That simple thank you ben for all yours videos and all staf to

I’ve been joking around as dressing up as “Ben From InterNACHI” this year for our company Halloween party!! 😂

That bathroom screams DIY bathroom remodel lmao
  • I've only heard of a smoke detector being installed in the bathroom once before. A girl I went to school with had rented an apartment that had one. Turns out it was actually a hidden camera.

Ben, Did you check for vent in that newer style sink that has no overflow, usually that's the problem for slow drainage
  • All look good and move on to next room? Is there a checklist to tick off?
  • I had a question on the sink. I thought the P-Trap (the trap weir) were supposed to be within 24 inches of the fixture outlet so you don't have any issue with siphonage? Does that apply here? Still learning so genuinely curious on how that would/wouldn't apply here!
  • Why didn’t you use thermal camera and moisture detector to locate water leakage and mould behind all finishes?

Hey Ben, How long do you usually run the water at the sink and tub/shower? I saw in this video that you had it running less than a minute. Thanks!
  • I am just curious, I noticed that you do not turn the water shut-off valves to test for leaks. Is there a particular reason? I have found that I do not observe a defect, either leaking or they do not turn unless I turn them. Is this too invasive? Thank you!

why would you not call out the lack of an overflow on the sink ? why have a stopper if there's no overflow at the sink ?
