  • I love that you talk fast and say important stuff, not a bunch of filler nonsense lol VERY Productive! Great tips!
  • One of the best traveling light videos. None of the silly 'valley girl' nonsense or music that is so loud you can barely hear the speaker. Well done.
  • Three years ago when I travelled through Italy for three weeks I bought and used an anti-theft crossbody purse similar to the one you showed. However, at the end of day out sightseeing, the sheer weight of it, and the ‘anti-cut’metal cable hidden in the strap, gave me a lot of shoulder pain and numbness. Since then I use a much lighter, smaller, more stylish, crossbody purse that doesn’t say “I’m a tourist” without any trouble. I also use a plain lightweight nylon folding bag for the extra items like a hat or water bottle that I can switch from hand to hand as needed and comes in handy to carry purchases, groceries or snacks in. I also use a colourful, but plain sarong (purchased on a vacation in Hawaii) as a lightweight and stylish wrap when visiting churches or going out in the evenings. It’s even wide and long enough to use as a blanket on drafty trains and planes. And I can wrap it around the strap of my crossbody purse to discourage potential pickpockets from getting at the zipper.
  • You must have been the best dressed tourist in Europe! You showed that you can be comfortable and nicely dressed. Thanks for some great ideas.
  • This is one of the best packing videos I've seen. It's nice to see someone who doesn't pack an entire artist's pallette (including a dozen brushes) worth of makeup!
  • I really appreciate how quickly you moved through the video, sharing a lot of information. Thank you.

My #1 favorite travel item is a collapsible water bottle from Vapur. It weighs next to nothing empty, you can slide it into your purse, cruise through security, then fill it after you're past security. It gets smaller as you drink more and u can easily stuff it into seat back pocket even when quite full.
  • I am so glad that I came across The Travel Fashion Girl video. I love her style! She is very intelligent, and straight forward. However, I thought that because I’m an older woman (in my late 50’s), that I would not find any useful tips for packing for travel in Europe. But, I was pleasantly surprised about the many useful tips I learned, and will be using on my upcoming summer trip to Europe. Thank you very much for sharing!

I’m traveling to Europe for two weeks with a carry on only and this was extremely helpful. Thank you so much.
  • You made my girls trip to Italy 50 percent lighter and at least 90 percent cuter five years ago. I just came across this and wanted to thank you for your minimalista packing list and all of your tips. Enjoyed watching this again while I figure out how to travel with my three small children!

  • I love your whole attire, compass rose , and your pocket Book. You just gave me ideas for when I travel. Thanks for sharing this video and helpful tips. 😊😍

Thank you for your insights into travel. My husband and I are traveling to London and Scotland this coming summer. You have helped me to know how to pack. Keep them coming!
