The Jetsetter certainly has better build quality but lacks in grooming capability. The ASR Pocket Tool has a nail file which the Jetsetter lacks. A tool of this size should allow you to groom yourself while traveling. Hopefully Victorinox will update the Jetsetter with a nail file either adding a layer and perhaps adding a tool similar to the orange peeler.
