    Watched to the end. Great videos. Subscribed. I had a realization in the gym today. Last night I was literally suicidal. I remember a phrase along the lines of 'remove the speck and let the light flood in'. Never understood what he meant by speck but the speck is the mind. I was so caught up in thought I couldn't see what was in front of my eyes. Running on autopilot. Then I suddenly saw a bunch of people exercising on the cross trainer. I couldn't even see them when I was thinking, then the world appeared in front of me and I laughed to myself and thought, that must be what the speck is, the mind blocking me from seeing life as it happens.

    For me, the mind became so painful that I realized I am not it. It was sudden awakening to my true nature realizing mind is a automated tool which chatters ALL of the time.

    Much love and respect my dear brother 💚🙏🏼 I gave up Prozac after 20+ years of daily use. My last dose was on May 7th 2022. I have gone past the purely physical withdrawals like severe muscle tension and cramping. I'm now dealing with the psychological and emotional symptoms of cessation of the drug - severe depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, I'm finding myself substituting with cigarettes - which now due to my decades long chronic Lyme disease and coinfections - are causing physical symptoms. Today's video was immensely helpful and I believe victory will be achieved with consistent practice. I'm strongly considering your Personal Mastery program. Thank you for your devotion.

  • Watched it till the end, as usual with all your videos. I think you hit the nail on the head with what was causing me issues with the pointers - that is the courage I need to let go of the false sense of security in the thoughts keeping me stuck with the incessant spinning, thinking it's keeping me safe when it is the very thing that is the issue . The problem for me has been when I drop the attention to the safety I feel in the thoughts, what happens then ? what replaces that safety, where is the grounding then, is it just emptiness, what am I going to feel ? You answered those in this video. Thank you very much for this video. Very useful to me what you taught in this video.

    When you stop taking the minds urges and look at them without action you gain self power for choice. This is recognized as the ego this is seen in silence/meditation . Thanks Sunny been following this channel for a while and have found great value. One of the most profound things is letting the mind sink into silence to purify itself and I first hand experienced this and still on this practice. Thanks and keep going
