    How about endotracheal(if pt is intubated) administration of atrop or intracardiac injection when peripheral line is unsuccessful

    what to put down as notes? time when pt was found unresponsive, time when CPR initiated, time when pads applied, time when analizing, time when shock delivered on not delivered. Anything else?
