I have only just discovered listening to this wonderful teacher a short while ago. I have read Buddhist books but he explains Buddhism so beautifully and perfectly more than any of them. Such a peaceful way to start my day listening to him. Much, much gratitude for the teachings of this kind, loving, compassionate, and peaceful man.

  • This video has really given me a solid understanding on what it means to experience my own life as a Buddhist. I don't care about "being" a Buddhist or not, I just care about culitvating this profound awareness of life and how to live it.

The four notions are self, man, living beings, and lifespan. 1. Self - there is no “other” 2. Man - we have mineral, vegetable, animal and human ancestors and we should protect them all 3. Living beings - we are not separate from Buddha 4. Lifespan - you are free from time We are one with god and everyone and everything around us. There is no other. God is everything for eternity.

The gift of your life is a gift to me. My mom shared walking meditation with me by age 17. I am 65, still practicing your gentle awareness. Thank you for living Truth.
