This reminds me of the time in Resident Evil Outbreak where I got banned for a week for ban evading in game lobbies, and the rules specifically stated ban evasion wasn't allowed for TOS violations. When I pointed this out, they had to change the rules. In other words, there was no rule for evading bans from private games, it was only for server bans.

He went from 16.8PPG to 25.9 a 9.1 Point increase. Also going form the #3 option to the #1 on a team.
