Speaking as a former Royal Marine (1966 - 1990), thank you for the respect - and your silence - you showed during the playing of the Glaiator theme. It was very much appreciated by this 76 year old Bootneck! Watching and listening to the band and the young female vocslist sent shivers down my spine. They are all exceptonal musicians............āļøāļø šš» !!!

As a Plymouth lad and ex Dockyardy apprentice, I just happened upon this and thoroughly enjoyed it to the point of a few tears rolling down my cheeks. I am extremely patriotic and proud of my country and what it has given to the world. That was a beautiful faultless performance . It will remain in my watch later for a long time.

The auditions for places as a military band recruit are as tough, if not harder, than those for the Conservatoires (RCM, RAM, RNCM, etc) and all bandsmen and women must have Diploma standard in TWO instruments, minimum.
