    I'm so glad that you brought up the whole ventilation and mask thing. I had to give up birdkeeping when I was 19, I'm now 40 because of pigeon fancier's lung. I really do miss them. I've been living vicariously through you and your vids so thank you so much for your uploads! 🙂
  • Top tip for mite If you watch a blue tit build its nest they add lavender because mite hate scented stuff so I used to throw rosemary and mint all through cages and around the bird room during breeding season

    20x20 box fans with merv13 filters. best you can buy. 2 or 3 of them at low would recycle the air in your room hundreds of times a day.
  • Great episode mate, do you get a problem with the amount of light getting to your lower cages? I seem to struggle and just wonder if you do anything different in the way of lower lights

  • me my canaries I am in the second round ,I start in January ,by cons indigénes in March, anyway it refuses to start earlier in the year
