In honor of the occasion, Chris is joined by Sam from Nintendo Treehouse and David from the Communications team at Nintendo of America to share their favorite Super NES™ games and memories.

Also, the group gives extra attention to Super Mario World in Nintendo Power Game Club, discusses the results of Super NES fan polls, takes a Super NES quiz, and picks their most anticipated upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch™ system.

    My favorite snes games are : super mario world, kirby super star, donkey kong country, the legend of zelda a link to the past, super metroid

    So many memories. This was the system that made me an video gamer. Alot of great libraries games and spent most amount of times with some of my favorites. Super Mario World; Super Mario: All-Star, Donkey Kong Country 1-3, Super Metroid, Zelda: Link to the Past, Mega Man X & X2, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Final Fantasy 4 & 6, Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Trials of Mana, Soul Blazer, Terranigma, Batman Returns, TMNT4: Turtles in Time, Legend of the Mystical Ninja. So many great games.
  • My favourite SNES games are Earthbound and Super Mario RPG! I sure wish there were a way to legally purchase the games on modern hardware :)

    You want a suggestion for SNES games to bring back? The Quintet Trilogy. Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia, and Terranigma. Put 'em together into one package and I'll gladly pay for it.

    My favorite games would have to be: Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Donkey Kong Country 2, Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Yoshi's Island and Super Mario World.

    Favorite SNES games: Link to the Past, Super Metroid, Super Castlevania IV, Star Fox, Mega Man X, all the Super Star Wars games, Indiana Jones Greatest Adventures, Illusion of Gaia, The Seventh Saga, Contra lll, Super Mario RPG.

    Nearly missed this podcast. It didn't show up in my subscriptions feed for some reason. It went from the No More Heroes 3 launch trailer to the Wario-Ware Nintendo Minute episode.
