I know this is an old video, but I was just diagnosed (last week) with Crohn's and it was nice to hear your story. I love your perspective on things.
  • You're always inspiring Jeff! No matter how the storm is, you always bring your own weather! 🙏

I’m 16, and I have Crohn’s too. Thank you for putting this into context for people who don’t know what we go through, and THANK YOU for addressing Crohn’s at it pertains to COVID. I am an aspiring programmer myself, and I love your videos. Wishing you all the best!

I don't know why youtube decided to recommend me this 3 year old video a few times, but thanks for sharing your experience!
  • @jairusan
Ohh, Jeff, I hope you feel better or back to your optimal condition soon, I enjoy all you do and I really appreciate you take even the time to explain. Take care and until the next video.
  • Thank you for being honest and vulnerable and sharing your situation. I never would have suspected anything through your regular techie videos as you said.. it's an invisible problem. You found a light-hearted and humorous way to talk about an undoubtedly difficult topic. Thank you for another great video and keep being an inspiration.

Thanks for this video Jeff. Took me a while to see this one. My sister has Crohn's disease and I didn't really understand what she would be going through until listening to this video. Love that you've added in your humour throughout this. Much respect for you, my brother from another mother 😸

I’ve watched a few of your videos and I had no idea you were suffering from this. I was diagnosed with UC in 2020 and I appreciate you spreading awareness. If there is anything good that comes out of being diagnosed with a chronic disease it you start to appreciate life and what matters most more. Stay strong brother.

Jeff, your video is so moving and touching. Thanks for posting. I have been following your channel just recently, and your video made sure that I will stick around. Wish you the best and fight on with the disease!

Man, hang in there. You do have a lot of support out here. Take care of yourself and your family and I hope this lessens for you.

very sorry to hear that about you Jeff, and still we are wishing you all the best as you inspired many of us and motivated many, also keep in mind that you led us to the good spot, thanks for everything you did and still doing
  • -central Wisconsin: Thank you for this video, and I’m so sorry for what you’re going through with Crohn’s disease. I also want to thank you for including mentioning Lyme disease in your video, as I’m dealing with chronic Lyme disease, and as a result, my health from this disease has kept me not able to work for the past 17+ months. Friends don’t understand and many have stopped staying in touch. I spend each day inside unless I have a Dr appt, then they to optimize my trip out and stop at Walgreens and the grocery store.

Make sure to take care of yourself. The videos are fun, and you make them enjoyable + informative! If you need to take a break for any reason, I think we would all stand behind you in support.
  • @N.A._McBee
That's an extraordinary and courageous video, and I thank you for this! Sometimes we have to talk about the really serious things in life when most fun abruptly stops. I wish you and your family the very best and all the power you need to reach your goals! ❤
  • @NetDevAutomate
Hugely engaging video on a very important topic. Dynamo’s last series covered a lot of his journey with Crohn’s disease which like your video was both informative and engaging. Wishing you all the best and thank you for your videos.
  • @SteamedLeaf
I've been following your channel for a few months now but only just came across this video. I have UC and have been suffering from it for a few years now, though luckily I live in Australia and treatment here is more available than other countries. Thank you for making this video and helping spread the word about IBD. Cheers man.
