  • Adv Nxumalo do not allow this judge to ridicule you. You all are qualified lawyers with a law degree.

Zungu keeps on forgetting questions that were posed to him minutes ago. So how does he recall things that happened 9 years ago. This really fumbles me
  • This is the only court where you're allowed to correct your evidence without consequences, is it because it must suit a certain narrative?
  • Somebody please teach the judge to properly address his colleagues with respect please 🙏, and again his temper is something else 😢
  • The reasons they dont want with the phone of Mncube is because the pictures are clear in it and zungu is not part of those pictures.
  • The defense council seems to be cautious of issues that may trigger the interference of the Judge hence today's proceedings were a little bit smoother. What I also observed was that the defense lawyers have begun to stand their grounds when it comes to objections coming directly from the Judge. This is a great strategy in order to have a commendable progress of the trial. Adv. Mnisi indirectly called the judge into order, an act which resulted to him [the judge] making a reference to a judgement of 1927, which he read whereby he was justifying his conduct. He mentioned that other people seems to be self-proclaimed legal experts. It shows that he has knowledge of the dissatisfaction which some of us express. The judgement seems to allow him to interfere when there are remarks he may need some clarity on or disallow unacceptable ones which may be made by any party in the trial.

Saying the accused didn’t commit the crime is kinda ignorant. This guys had previously alluded they never met but as the case progresses we discovered they’ve met prior to this Trial. That on its own is a red flag, this guys are not innocent.
