Dr Attia is one of my favorite doctors. I feel he’s very honest and genuine. I am loving his book. Thank you, Attia and thank you Lewis for having him on ❤

When I was 70 I took up ballroom dancing. So fabulous. At 71 my partner(pro) and I won the senior United States championship. Now, at 84I am all about lower lumbar issues. A huge back operation in December removing a herniation. Over the years I accumulated 8 broken ribs, 2 hip replacements, torn meniscus, broken foot, —so , I have osteoporosis and everything that goes with it. I have always excelled in the quick latin dancing, fast, twitchie muscles but now I feel like I’ve been kicked in the chest. Am I done or is there something I can do. Jane Selfe

I am 74 years old, 190 pounds, and 11% body fat measured by the DEXA method. Also, I'm not on testosterone replacement therapy. Thanks for the Dr. Peter Attia interview. I have engaged in resistance weight training for 30 years to minimize the impact of sacopenia, the lost of type 2 muscle fibers.

This was my favorite Peter Attia interview. He showed his soft side and seemed heartfelt at time. Great interview Lewis.

Totally agree ref the Cancer diagnosis. I was diagnosed 5 months ago. I've mostly taken care of myself since the age of 18. But so much more consistently now. I am truly grateful for my diagnosis. I can not guarantee my future, but I can do what I can today to improve it.

Of all the videos, podcasts, etc., I've listened to of Peter I've never before heard him speak about his back injury. I wish he would. The fact that he's 100% rehabilitated would speak to so, so many who at every age have chronic back issues.

Peter shared on a Joe Rogan episode how hard he is on himself so I wish he is more at peace now. I also hope he realizes how many people he has helped in his lifetime. Thank you Peter. You are a wonderful human being!

  • Its just my opinion that we don' t talk enough about menaupose, and its disconfort for some, and how it can affects relationship. We can also talj more about that life transition for men, but Lewis is much much younger, but i' am sure he could find a great woman to be informed by and share with the whole world. I love your shows Lewis. All because of You, much love and peace. I actually like to listen to podcast when exercising so its great help.
