Please have this in Texas, Arizona, and the West Coast. This is PERFECT for Phoenix - Las Vegas, Phoenix - San Diego, Phoenix - Tucson - El Paso, Dallas - Houston, Dallas - Austin, Houston - Austin - San Antonio, San Francisco - Sacramento, Seattle - Portland, etc.

As a disabled person in chronic pain travel is extremely hard on me. Those seats would make a massive difference in my comfort level. This bus is an excellent idea.

$99 seems like a bargain when you account for there being only 14 passengers aboard, the great service of the attendant, the comfort, and what I would call excellent amenities for a bus. I wish them good luck in expanding their business

As a DC native, Flying into NYC was always a pain. By the time you deal with the airports i cost, security, etc, you can hop a bus or train and be into midtown in about the same amount of time. I wish there was a luxury bus like this when I was in DC.

The CEO coming aboard is already a selling point for me, I always appreciate seeing the raw passion people have for what they started and I will back that 100%. If I ever wanted to take this trip, believe I’d be taking this bus.

As a 25 year veteran of the airline industry I must say I'm rather impressed with this service. With the hassle factor involved with getting into and out of airports these days, not to mention the weather related delays, this is a no brainer.

As someone who lives in the UK I just can't understand taking a plane instead of a 4 hour bus journey. This bus looks ace and if I had to travel for business it is something I would definitely do.

Amazing! This is how bus service ought to be: clean, comfortable, & not super-crowded like some other carriers out there that squeeze 50+ passengers into seats that are uncomfortable. If they had this bus leaving from Philly to one of our nearby cities, I'd go for it.

About 35 years ago I travelled 550 miles from Germany to London, UK on a coach. We were packed in like sardines on seats that were uncomfortable after 50 miles. I said NEVER again. I have stuck to that decision, and in all those years this is the first coach that could possibly change my mind. An enjoyable review. Thank you very much.

I used to live in NYC and I frequently traveled to D.C. when I lived there. I think this Bus company might take over because alot of the Buses that go down there in my experience have been uncomfortable, the busses are older than me, cramped and always breaking down. The Jet is going to go so far.

The CEO of this company absolutely has his stuff together. I'm very impressed with not only his active role in the "nuts and bolts" part of the business but his attention to what customers want and expect. Too often I've paid extra for service that was lacking in so many areas; this is clearly not the case with this one. Though I live in California, if I'm in the area (which I frequently am), I will certainly give this a try!

I’m a professional motorcoach operator in the NYC Metro area and drive a Prevost. The bus conversion gets an A+. I wish the unit I drive had those seats! The amenity most requested at my bus is WIFi and we do provide it but it’s nowhere near the speeds of the Jet. This is a great job for a driver who loves greeting passengers with a smile and besides being a truly accomplished operator, takes pride in customer service. I wish the CEO and all the employees, success and may the company grow and set a high standard for others to learn from. Happy and prosperous 2022!

I’m actually “sold” by this review. I’ve experienced several horrifying journeys with Acela and United Airlines between Washington and New York during the winter season. Never in my life would I imagine taking a bus, but somehow you’ve managed to open my mind to this experience. I’m completely awestruck.

Seems like a solid option tbh. Even if the flight is only an hour an a half you need to get to the airport an hour beforehand and then there's the hassle of getting off the plane, getting bags and usually a long cab ride. This seems like more comfort and more practicality.

They've done a great job of thinking about everything, from the hover seats and bathroom, to the handrails. Just adds to the overall comfort. It's great they've spent a high initial investment, but will probably earn that back in satisfied customers coming back and attracting new ones with the really reasonable price.

As someone who traveled on BART, Amtrak, Greyhound, Planes, Trolly and just public transportation I can say that this bus looks amazing.

Acela is the ultimate way to travel between DC and NYC. Picks up and drops off right in the middle of both cities. Takes about 4 hours total. No security means you can show up basically right before the train departs. No worries about traffic. Delays are very rare. All seats are extremely comfortable and spacious. Extremely easy to get work done or just relax for the entirety of the ride. I would say normal trains next, then flying, then bus, then driving on your own.

WOW, the last time I took a bus from Buffalo to Boston I swore that I would never take a bus again. Seeing this, I am absolutely going to change my mind. Thanks for the presentation.
